By enrolling to i-merit Programs, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Portal.

You also accept that you have taken admission to the program out of your choice and no external force or desire has been put on you neither by Scholars Merit Online Pvt Ltd (Referred to as SMOPL in the document) or any other associate of SMOPL under their official capacity.
